News Topical, Digital Desk : Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav, reacting to Asaduddin Owaisi's entry into Bengal, said, "The message the people of Uttar Pradesh sent through the PDA, the same call to save democracy, will now resonate in Bengal." He also claimed victory for Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal. Akhilesh Yadav made this statement today in Lucknow on the occasion of Ram Manohar Lohia's birth anniversary.

After the event, he called for strengthening socialist ideology and sharply criticized the BJP government. Akhilesh Yadav said that revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh and Rajguru were socialists, and even today, their ideas will bring prosperity to a large part of the country's population. Socialist ideas must be implemented to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. He further stated that the Samajwadi Party is continuously striving to realize the dreams of Ram Manohar Lohia.

Law and order targeted in UP

Akhilesh Yadav raised serious questions about the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh regarding recent incidents. Regarding the former councilor's murder case in Gorakhpur, he said that if action isn't taken, the Rajya Sabha MP threatened to strip him naked. What action was taken against people of his own caste in Badaun? He warned that paid people are posting on social media. Why were CCTV and DVRs removed in Allahabad?  Strike while the iron is hot. We will wait. Politics can cause a lot of fire, and many recordings will leak. Don't play games.

Reaction to Owaisi contesting in Bengal

Regarding the entry of Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM in the West Bengal elections, Akhilesh Yadav said that the message sent by the people of Uttar Pradesh through the PDA, the same call to save democracy, will resonate in Bengal as well. He further said regarding the BJP's tactics that no matter how many restrictions the Election Commission imposes, this time the people will elect Mamata Banerjee. Furthermore, praising Mamata Banerjee's work, he said that Netaji's (Mulayam Singh Yadav) efforts to respect women are visible in Bengal today through Mamata Banerjee, and therefore, the women and people of Bengal stand with her.

Taunt on Rajbhar and Sanjay Nishad

On Om Prakash Rajbhar's statement in which he claimed that SP leaders met BJP leaders with bouquets, Akhilesh Yadav said, "If it is known who is carrying bouquets at night and the names are clear, then it will be easier to take a decision."

He also sarcastically commented on Sanjay Nishad's crying, saying, "Whether it's an act of atonement or something else, it's the time of departure, so tears are bound to come. In our country, people go for a walk after the farewell, but the Chief Minister visited before the farewell." He reiterated the Samajwadi Party's demand for a caste census and granting rights proportionate to the population.

PMCCS meeting - attack on inflation

Taking aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's CCS meeting, Akhilesh Yadav questioned who is engaging in black marketing, whom he is seating at the meeting. Today, inflation is at its peak, and the BJP is benefiting its own people, while the public is struggling. Taking a dig at BJP state president Pankaj Chaudhary, he asked, "What good is simply stating the five or seven big ones? The Chief Minister should disclose how much investment came from previous MoUs, which industry policies, and how much employment was generated if factories were set up?"
