Share news: Received a big order of ₹236 crore from Adani Group - Stocks in focus on Monday

News Topical, Digital Desk : Diamond Power Infrastructure said in the information given to the exchange on Saturday that the company has received a big order. Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited said that it has received a letter of intent from Adani Energy Solutions Limited for the supply of 5403 km AL-59 Zebra Conductor for the Jamnagar project. According to the company's exchange filing, this order is worth Rs 236.71 crore (including tax) and it is to be completed by 30 June 2026.

The order is on kilometre-rate basis and will apply a price variation formula, reflecting the large-scale requirements of the Jamnagar project. Diamond Power said the contract is not a related party transaction and neither does its promoter group have any stake in Adani Energy. The Gujarat-headquartered company will get a major boost from this order book. 

Share performance Diamond Power's stock closed 1.23 per cent higher at Rs 149.25 on Friday. The company's stock has seen a gain of 7.61 per cent in the last one year. The company's stock has a 52-week high of Rs 190.
