
News Topical, Digital Desk : Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) informed after the stock market closed on Monday that the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) on 8 September 2025 in Mumbai. Many development works will be done for this MoU. The company said that this non-binding MoU has been done to establish a strong working partnership between HUDCO and NMRDA.
In the information given to the exchange, the company said that under this agreement, Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited will provide funding of up to Rs 11300 crore for land acquisition, housing and infrastructure development in the next five years.
The company will also provide consultancy services . The company said that HUDCO will also provide consultancy services and capacity building activities to meet the requirements of NMRDA. This agreement was signed in the presence of Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, HUDCO Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Kulshreshtha. Share performance The company's share closed at Rs 217.54 with a gain of 1.49 percent on Monday. In the last one year, the company's share has seen a decline of 13.64 percent.
