News Topical, Digital Desk : Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. informed the stock exchanges on Saturday that it has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Hild Projects Private Limited for the supply of power cables worth Rs. 66.18 crore. The order is exclusive of GST. The order has been placed by domestic EPC contractor Hild Projects and will be executed with a price variation formula based on kilometer-rate. The company said the contract is scheduled to be completed between January 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026.
Hild Projects Private Limited is acting as the EPC contractor for this project. In a filing to the exchange, the company stated that the order was placed on a kilometer rate basis with a PV formula.
The company's order book has strengthened. The supply of power cables under this contract will be completed between January 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. Diamond Power Infrastructure stated that this order will further strengthen the company's order book and support its business in the future. Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd is a power sector company. It primarily manufactures and supplies products related to power transmission and distribution.
