News Topical, Digital Desk : Government company BEML Ltd on Saturday informed that the company has received an order of Rs 80 crore from Indian Railways. The company said in the information given to the exchange that it has received a contract of more than Rs 80 crore from Indian Railways for the supply of utility track vehicles. The company has received many orders in the month of August. Earlier on August 11, the company had informed that it has received an order of Rs 1888 crore from Integral Coach Factory, under which the company will manufacture, supply, test and commission fully functional LHB coaches.

On August 4, BEML also received a big order from the Ministry of Defense. This order is for the supply of HMV 8x8 vehicles, the total value of which is around Rs 282 crore. The company's shares saw a decline in the quarter ended June 2025. The company incurred a loss of Rs 64 crore during this period. Last year, the company had registered a loss of Rs 70.6 crore in this quarter. 

Share performance The company's share closed at Rs 3,855 with a gain of 0.42 per cent on Friday. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a gain of 1.49 per cent.
