These companies include Reliance Industries, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial, Bhansali Engineering, L&T Finance, and Lodha. Note the dividend information.

Reliance Industries released its quarterly results after market hours
on Friday. The company also announced a dividend. The company is paying its investors a dividend of ₹6 per share. The stock closed at ₹1328 on Friday.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 (375%) on each equity share of face value ₹2 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend will be paid to the shareholders after approval in the AGM to be held on July 21, 2026. 

Bhansali Engineering Polymers has approved a final dividend of ₹1 (100%) on each share of face value ₹1 for the financial year 2026. Upon shareholders' approval, the dividend will be paid by July 31, 2026.

Tanla Platforms Limited has declared a second interim dividend of ₹6 (600%) on each share of face value ₹1 for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this has been fixed as April 30, 2026.

Lodha Developers
Company has recommended a final dividend of ₹4.25 (42.5%) per share of face value ₹10 for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, which will be paid to investors as on the record date after approval at the AGM.

L&T Finance Limited
Company has proposed a final dividend of ₹2.75 per share of face value ₹10 for the financial year 2025-26, which will be paid to investors within 30 days of approval at the AGM.

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers
Company has approved a final dividend of ₹4 (40%) per share of face value ₹10. This proposal will be paid within the stipulated timeframe after 28 September 2026, after approval at the AGM to be held on 24 September 2026.

Atishay Limited
Atishay Limited has proposed a final dividend of ₹1 (10%) per share of face value ₹10 for FY 2026. The record date for this is May 19, 2026 and will be paid within 30 days of the AGM approval.
