Expressing condolences to the families of those killed, Zelensky said that Russia's attacks are continuing. He said, "When Russia does not receive condemnation or pressure from around the world, it resumes killing again."
Where did the attacks take place?
Zelensky said that Ukraine was attacked with 103 drones and one ballistic missile overnight. These attacks targeted Donetsk, Kharkiv, Odessa, Sumy, Chernihiv, Dnipro and Kherson regions.

Zelensky's appeal
