The administration team seized the madrasa built on Nazul land in Ward No. 15 Paharganj area of Rudrapur Municipal Corporation of Udham Singh Nagar district. Some people, angry with the action taken by the administration against the madrasa, reached the house of BJP councilor of ward no. 15, Nooruddin, with sticks and rods. The people who reached the councilor's house with sticks and rods called out to send Nooruddin out, but when the family members said that the councilor was out of the house.
Then they abused the councillor's family and threatened to kill the councillor and left the spot. After returning to Rudrapur from Delhi, councillor Nooruddin submitted a complaint to the Kotwali police and demanded action. On the basis of Nooruddin's complaint, the police have filed a case against 12 named and one unknown person and have started searching for the accused. BJP councilor Nooruddin said that yesterday I was in Delhi, during this time some people came to my house and told my family members to throw the councilor out of the house, we will beat him. During this time they misbehaved with my family members and also abused them.
This entire incident has been recorded in the CCTV camera, I have submitted the complaint and CCTV footage to the police. He said that I have demanded strict action against the people seen in the CCTV footage. On this matter, Rudrapur Kotwal Manoj Raturi said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered and further action has been started.
