News Topical, Digital Desk : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Kerala on Sunday, where he will hold a rally in Palakkad and a roadshow in Thrissur, as well as campaign for NDA candidates ahead of the April 9 assembly elections.

According to party sources, Modi will address a public rally at Fort Grounds in Palakkad at around 2:30 pm, which is expected to be attended by thousands of party workers. Senior BJP leaders and NDA candidates from the region are also expected to attend the rally.

PM Modi's roadshow in Thrissur

Later in the day, the Prime Minister will travel to the neighboring city of Thrissur, where he will hold a massive road show through the city center. Union Minister Suresh Gopi and other party leaders will welcome him at a helipad in Kuttanellur, Thrissur. From there, the Prime Minister will proceed to the "Swaraj Round" to lead the road show.

In view of the Prime Minister's visit, traffic rules have been imposed in both Palakkad and Thrissur.
