News Topical, Digital Desk : Greater Noida News: Greater Noida Authority has started work on an important road project to promote smooth movement between Greater Noida and Greater Noida West. People living in and around Greater Noida West will get relief from traffic jams. A road about 2200 meters long and 80 meters wide is being constructed to connect the 60 meter road near Sector-3 to the 130 meter road near Knowledge Park-5. About Rs 10 crore is estimated to be spent on this project. With the construction of this road, people will get relief from traffic jams.

The start of this construction work was stuck due to land dispute, but after the initiative of the Authority's CEO NG Ravi Kumar and dialogue with the farmers, this protest has ended. Now this project is progressing rapidly and the target has been set to complete it before the onset of monsoon.

With the construction of this new road, the traffic pressure on 60 meter road will be reduced and the drivers will get a fast, convenient and direct route to reach Greno West from Greater Noida. This will not only save time but will also reduce fuel consumption.

Traffic improvement is a priority in the development work plan of the authority going on in Greater Noida West
. On the instructions of CEO NG Ravi Kumar, many development works like underpass, U-turn and road widening are going on in Greater Noida West. In this sequence, Work Circle-3 of the Project Department has also started the work of preparing this 80 meter wide road.

ACEO Prerna Singh said that this connecting road was very important due to heavy traffic on 60 meter road. After its construction, traffic between Greater Noida and Greno West will become very smooth and people will get great relief.
