News Topical, Digital Desk : Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has once again started singing the same old tune. He said that Afghanistan is a puppet of India and is spreading terror in Pakistan from Delhi.

Speaking on Geo News' primetime show 'Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Ke Saath', Asif said that if Kabul even thinks of attacking Islamabad, its response will be 50 times stronger.

Asif praised Afghan negotiators for conducting complex negotiations, but said those in Kabul were dancing to Delhi's tune. "India is taking revenge for its defeat on its western border through Kabul," he said.

India was blamed for the breakdown of peace talks.

The Pakistan-Afghanistan peace talks in Istanbul suddenly broke down. Asif explained that whenever an agreement seemed close, a call would come to Kabul and the deal would be pulled back. "We had reached an agreement, but Kabul got a call and they backed out," he said.

Pakistan publicly acknowledged for the first time that it has permission from the US for drone operations. Pakistani officials stated that this agreement was irrevocable. This angered the Afghan side, who demanded that Pakistan stop flying drones in Afghan airspace.

threat of retaliation

Asif said that for the past four years, Afghanistan has been using "terrorists." He warned, "If Afghanistan even dares to look at Islamabad, we will gouge out its eyes."

He accused Kabul and Delhi of being part of a conspiracy to terrorize. Khawaja Asif has been furious since India's Operation Sindoor. He has been spewing venom against India ever since.

Direct accusation against India

Asif said that there are people in the Afghan government who visited India and prayed at temples there. He accused India of waging a proxy war in Pakistan through Afghanistan. A second round of talks began in Istanbul on October 25, but failed despite mediation by Qatar and Turkey.

Asif warned that if the talks failed, open war could erupt. He said that Kabul was responsible for terrorism and Delhi was its mastermind. Pakistan would give a befitting reply to any attack.
