News Topical, Digital Desk : Offshore services company SEAMEC Limited has received a major order worth approximately ₹410.74 crore from the public sector energy company Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The contract has been awarded to a consortium of SEAMEC and Supreme Hydro Pvt Ltd.
The company informed the stock exchanges that ONGC has issued a Notification of Award (NOA) under e-tender on March 13, 2026. Under this order, operation and maintenance (O&M) services will be provided for the ONGC-owned MSV 'Samudra Sevak'.
Project Details
The contract period will be 738 days and it will commence within 60 days from the date of issuance of the NOA. The total value of the entire project is reported to be approximately ₹410.74 crore (including GST).
According to the company, this order was received as part of its normal business operations and the promoter or promoter group has no direct or indirect stake in it. It also does not fall under the category of related party transaction.
Experts believe that this major contract from ONGC will strengthen SEAMEC's order book and help the company grow its offshore services business.
