During the conference, he made a significant statement in a veiled manner. Nitin Gadkari said that when things are running smoothly, the next generation should assume important responsibilities and the older generation should step down.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari was speaking about the benefits of the Vidarbha-Khasdar Industrial Festival, which he had conceptualised, during the 'Advantage Vidarbha' industrial festival in Nagpur, organised by Ashish Kale, president of the Association for Industrial Development (AID).

Gradually, there should be a change in the generation as well.

Nitin Gadkari said that Ashish Kale has involved the younger generation in the "Advantage Vidarbha" initiative. I believe that there should be a gradual generational change. Ashish's father is my friend. Now we should gradually retire and hand over the responsibility to the new generation, and when this system starts running smoothly, we should also retire and do something else.

The objective of the three-day event

Gadkari said that this is the third year of the Advantage Vidarbha Expo, which is being held in Nagpur from February 6 to 8. The three-day event aims to establish Vidarbha as a strong and emerging growth center on India's industrial map. The Vidarbha region has very good entrepreneurs in various sectors.

Participation of industries

Gadkari also stressed the importance of the industrial sector, agriculture and allied sectors, and the service sector for the development of any region, saying the Vidarbha region has excellent entrepreneurs in various sectors. He said the Advantage Vidarbha Expo will see participation from industries in sectors such as textiles, plastics, minerals, coal, aviation, logistics, IT, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, defense, real estate, renewable energy, and startups.
