New Delhi: PM Modi inspired the countrymen during his speech on the occasion of Independence Day. Modi said that when 40 crore citizens can break the chains of slavery and liberate the country, then today 140 crore families can also build a prosperous India with the same spirit.
'Developed India 2047' is not just a speech
The PM was addressing the countrymen from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the occasion of the 78th Independence Day. Modi said that 'Developed India 2047' is not just words in a speech, but there is hard work going on behind it and suggestions are being taken from the common people of the country.
He said, 'We can achieve the goal of developed India by 2047. If 40 crore citizens can bring freedom and make India independent through their efforts, dedication, sacrifice and self-denial, then 140 crore citizens can also make India prosperous with the same spirit.'
