New Delhi:The case of RG Kar Medical College of West Bengal is gaining momentum. Now after completion of 8 days of CBI custody, CBI presented former principal Sandeep Ghosh before Alipore Judge Court. Former Principal Sandeep Ghosh has been sent to judicial custody till September 23 by the CBI court.

The special CBI court in Alipore has sent Dr. Sandeep Ghosh and three others to judicial custody till September 23. During the hearing of the case, the court said that if needed, it will again seek their custody.

'He is a rapist, a murderer, a thief'

During his appearance in the special court, a large group of lawyers were seen raising slogans against him. The protesting lawyers shouted loudly demanding the death penalty for him. The lawyers shouted slogans saying, 'Sandeep Ghosh should be hanged. He is a rapist, a murderer, and a thief, bring him here. Show his face. 

'Hand it over to us and we will teach you a lesson'

The lawyers shouted and said, we are ashamed of him. Hand him over to us, we will teach him a lesson. Sandip Ghosh was taken to jail amidst tight security. Let us tell you that after the order of Calcutta High Court, CBI took over the investigation of this case on 13th August, before this the case was in the hands of Kolkata Police and they were investigating it.
