New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had a narrow escape while visiting a flood-affected area. Actually, while inspecting, a high-speed train passed very close to him. Its video is going viral on social media. The speed of the train was very high.

Chandrababu Naidu was standing on a bridge built along the railway track. This incident happened near Madhuranagar in Vijayawada. According to the information, CM Chandrababu Naidu was standing on the railway bridge and inspecting the flow of Budmeru river. Administrative staff was also present with him. Then a high speed train passed by him. Meanwhile, while touring the flood affected areas, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that safety of life and property is the top priority.

Shivraj Singh's tour continued on the second day as well

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan continued his two-day inspection tour of the flood-affected areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Friday. The Agriculture Minister reached Vijayawada and inspected the agricultural fields and interacted with the affected farmers.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "Today I visited the fields of my farmer brothers and assessed the damage. The crops of the farmers have been completely destroyed. Banana, turmeric, paddy and vegetable crops have suffered 100 per cent damage. Many farmers do not have their own farming land and they do farming by taking land on lease, but their crops have been destroyed."

The center will assist

Chauhan said that I have come here to tell that on the instructions of the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister here is working with sensitivity. The Center will cooperate with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. SDRF funds of more than Rs 3,448 crore in the state will be used to provide immediate relief to the affected.

Where and how many people were saved?

According to Sanjeev Kumar Jindal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, NDRF teams have so far rescued 350 people in Andhra Pradesh and evacuated about 15,000 people. 68 people have been rescued in Telangana. About 3200 people have been evacuated. Indian Air Force and Navy helicopters have flown 65 flights and delivered about 71,000 kg of food and relief material to the affected people in Andhra Pradesh.
