News Topical, Digital Desk : Nepal's Immigration Department has said that foreigners whose visas have expired after September 8 and who are living in Nepal can obtain exit permits without any fee.
The department issued a circular saying, foreign nationals whose visas were valid up to September 8 and who are to depart during the curfew period will be granted visa regularization and exit permission without any additional fee from the immigration offices at the respective departure points.
Similarly, necessary arrangements have also been made for visa transfer for those foreign nationals who lost their passports during the unrest and who have obtained travel documents or emergency passports from their respective embassies.
