At the same time, a report by BBC Health states that heart attacks in the morning cause 20 to 25 percent more damage to the heart muscle, compared to attacks that occur in the evening or at night.

Dr Sandeep Kumar, cardiologist at DMCH Darbhanga, says that "To reduce the risk of heart attack, do stretching slowly as soon as you wake up in the morning, do not do heavy exercises immediately. Get enough sleep and avoid staying awake till late at night. If you already have heart disease, take medicines on time as per the doctor's advice". Morning time is the most sensitive for our heart. In such a situation, the risk of heart attack can be reduced to a great extent by adopting caution and a healthy routine.
