News Topical, Digital Desk : NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) MLA Rohit Pawar stated that he met with the state Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis to raise his concerns and demands regarding the January 28th accident that resulted in the death of Ajit Pawar. Rohit Pawar stated that he had submitted to the Chief Minister all the questions he had publicly raised, along with related research papers and information. He urged the Chief Minister to seriously follow up on the matter and, if necessary, raise the issue with the country's Home Minister.

What did the CM say to Rohit Pawar?

He demanded a transparent investigation. The Chief Minister reportedly said that technical aspects would be discussed with some police officers to understand the next steps. Rohit Pawar said that a report from the central government is expected, and that it should be detailed, not "just a random report." He also promised to hold a detailed press conference at 11 am on Monday morning to make further revelations.

Rohit Pawar demanded that the Devgiri bungalow be named after Ajit Dada, a memorial be built in his honor within the Vidhan Bhavan complex, the Baramati airport be upgraded to a state-of-the-art facility with night landings, and that it be named after Ajit Pawar . He also demanded that the Pune Ring Road be named after him.

He said he wanted an FIR to be filed in Baramati, but fearing a mob, he went to the Marine Drive police station and requested a zero FIR under the BNS Act. When the case was not registered there, he demanded an FIR be filed in Baramati, the site of the incident, and also attempted a CID investigation.

Regarding Sunetra Pawar, Rohit Pawar claimed that some leaders were harassing Ajit Dada and trying to gain control of the party. He said that the leadership was given to Sunetra Pawar after pressure.

In reference to Dhananjay Munde, he said that some leaders are only doing politics and despite being in power, they are not giving the expected cooperation in this matter.

Meanwhile, in the case of Narhari Jhirwal, Rohit Pawar alleged that deliberate attempts were being made to weaken him politically so that the ministerial post could be given to someone else.
