News Topical, Digital Desk : The body of a young man was found lying on the railway track on Wednesday morning. It is suspected that he died after being struck by a train. Police arrived on the scene, identified the body, and sent it for post-mortem. The accident occurred near the Jungle Kaudiya railway station in the PPganj police station area.

Police identified the body as that of Ajay, 22, son of Chandrabhan, a resident of Tola Vishunpur, Jungle Kaudia. According to family members, Ajay was unmarried and worked as a mechanic at a bike repair garage in Palia.

Father Chandrabhan said that Ajay left home on Tuesday evening but did not return until late at night. A search was conducted for him, and relatives were contacted, but no information was found. At around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, the body was reported recovered from the railway track.

Ajay was the younger of two brothers, while his elder brother works as a laborer outside. Police and villagers suspect that Ajay's legs were severed after being hit by the train and he died from excessive bleeding.

Station House Officer Arun Singh said that the police have sent the body for post-mortem. No complaint has yet been filed by the family. Legal action will be taken upon receipt.
