Several new offerings are set to launch in both the mainboard and SME categories this coming week. Four mainboard and 16 SME issues are scheduled for the week starting Monday. Additionally, several companies are also set to list.

Mainboard Segment IPOs

Glottis IPO: The company plans to raise ₹307 crore through a fresh issue of ₹160 crore and an offer for sale of ₹147 crore. The IPO price band has been set at ₹120-129 per share. Investors will be able to bid from September 29 to October 1. The shares are expected to be listed on October 7.

Fabtech Technologies IPO: Fabtech Technologies' ₹230.35 crore (₹230.35 crore) initial public offering (IPO) is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares. The price band for the IPO is between ₹181-₹191 per share. The issue will open on September 29 and close on October 1. The shares are expected to be listed on October 7.

Advance Agrolife IPO: Advance Agrolife will raise ₹192.86 crore through a fresh issue. Investors will be able to bid from September 30th. The issue will close on October 3rd. The price band has been set at ₹95-100 per share. The shares are expected to be listed on October 8th.

Om Freight Forwarders IPO: Om Freight Forwarders is set to launch a ₹122.31 crore (approximately $1.22 billion) initial public offering (IPO). The offering is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), in which the promoter and promoter group will sell their respective shares. The price band is ₹128-135 per share. The listing will take place on October 8th.

SME Segment IPOs

Chiraharit IPO: Chiraharit plans to raise ₹31.07 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) at a price of ₹21 per share. The offering will open on September 29 and close on October 3.

Sodhani Capital IPO: This IPO of Rs 10.71 crore will be open from September 29 to October 1, which includes both fresh issue and offer for sale (OFS).

Greenleaf Envirotech IPO: This clean tech company will raise ₹21.90 crore through a fresh issue. The share price is ₹136 per share. The offer will be open from September 30 to October 6.

Vijaypd Ceutical IPO: This ₹19.25 crore (₹19.25 crore) IPO is a completely fresh issue, priced at ₹35 per share. The IPO will launch on September 29th and close on October 1st.

Dhillon Freight Carrier IPO: Dhillon Freight Carrier is launching a ₹10.08 crore (₹100.8 billion) IPO, a completely fresh equity issue. The offering will be open from September 29th to October 1st.

Suba Hotels IPO: Hospitality chain Suba Hotels is launching a ₹75.47 crore (₹75.47 crore) IPO, a completely fresh issue. The subscription window for this SME issue will be open between September 29 and October 1.
