Also, it speeds up metabolism and also strengthens immunity . Boil a pinch of black pepper powder or 2-3 crushed black peppercorns in tea.

 

Celery

Celery is very beneficial for digestion. It contains thymol, which gives relief in gas, acidity and stomach pain. In Ayurveda, it is used to overcome problems related to digestion. It also provides relief from cough and cold and can also prove beneficial in joint pain. While making tea, boil half a teaspoon of celery, then filter and drink it.
