Ways to handle unnecessary work pressure in the office 

1. If your workload is suddenly increased, then first sit down and try to understand whether this is included in your profile or not. If the answer is no, then talk to the manager, boss. If no solution is found then approach the management.

2. If it is a matter of a few days, then do not worry too much. Sometimes this pressure comes from the client, but after the work is over, the pressure also ends.

3. Try to balance your workload. You can ask your manager to share the work. This will reduce the pressure and the work will be done quickly. While giving this suggestion, keep your point calmly in front of your senior and tell them how not doing the work related to your profile can cause problems in your career and success in the future.
