The actress visited the grave of her late son
Sharing this post, Celina Jaitley wrote in the caption, “I wish I could save him, but I couldn't. In this picture, I am with Arthur at the grave of his twin Shamsher. As September 10, the birthday of the fourth child Arthur, is approaching, I can't stop myself from thinking what the situation would have been like after the arrival of Master Arthur Jaitley Hague.”
Selina got another shock in a few months
Celina Jaitly further added in her long post, "I had lost my father in the 6th month of my twin pregnancy and we were still recovering from the fact that Arthur's twin brother Shamsher was diagnosed with hypoplastic heart disease."
The doctor was surprised to see Selina's scan
Selina said, "This was the same doctor who did the fetal scan of the always cheerful Winston Viraj in Dubai. During the scan of Arthur and Shamsher, he suddenly went silent for 20 minutes, then asked us to come the next day with a colleague. The next day his smile was gone, he was in a bad mood."
Selina's baby had a congenital disease
The No Entry actress said, "We were told that one of the twins had Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) which is a rare congenital heart condition. In this, the left side of the heart does not develop properly, making it unable to pump blood."
Treatment was done from UK to Dubai
She said, "The hardest part of this diagnosis was that I was not able to do anything to help my baby during pregnancy. We went to the best doctors in Dubai, they referred us to London, we went to the UK, we went to India and still nothing happened. We spent the pregnancy in pain and praying, hoping for a miracle. I wish there were medicines I could take, I wish there was surgery I could have, but nothing happened. The chances of survival were very low."
Celina Jaitley told that she was preparing for this pregnancy since two years. She did workouts, detoxed her body. She became pregnant with twins again, but this time the situation was not the same as before.
