Talking to CNN-News18, Kriti Sanon said about online hating, "I don't pay attention to the comments or what people say because I feel that someone is venting out his/her frustrations on someone else. So I don't take it seriously."

Kriti Sanon further said, “I think if I don't know you, will I really respond to what you say, if you say something nice to me, then no. So no I think I use social media for the good aspect of it, like I like to connect with my fans and I like to connect with people beyond films.”

Do Patti  actress Kriti Sanon said, "I also feel that there are only two films in a year, which means there are hardly 3. Sometimes there is not even one in a year. So it is good to stay connected with your fans through social media platforms but apart from that I think no one will remember you for your social media."
