Corn and Veggie Pancakes

In a bowl, add boiled corn, finely chopped onions, capsicum, coriander leaves , grated carrots and cheese, corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Add water and mix all the ingredients well. Make pancakes on a hot pan.

Banana Pancake

Finely chop nuts and dry fruits. Take jaggery in a pan, add water and boil it and let the jaggery melt completely. Then filter this syrup through a sieve. Peel and mash bananas in a bowl. Add flour, jaggery syrup, cardamom powder and prepare a thick batter. Pour ghee on a hot pan and make pancakes by pouring one scoop of batter at a time.

Sweet Potato Pancake

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar , cinnamon. In another bowl, mix sweet potato puree, milk, eggs and vanilla essence. Then mix it with the ingredients in the first bowl. Make pancakes on a pan and then serve with maple syrup.

Oats Pancake

Make a powder by blending oats in a blender and add baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt to it. Add eggs, melted butter, lukewarm milk and sugar to it and mix well. Make pancakes on a pan and serve with chocolate syrup.
