News Topical, Digital Desk : Jodhpur Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot launched a scathing attack on the state government as soon as he reached Jodhpur. Regarding the recent road accident, he raised questions on the functioning of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and the administration. He targeted former CM Gehlot, One Nation-One Election and the Election Commission.

Gehlot said that the accident that happened during such a big state level program shows the insensitivity of the government and the negligence of the administration. He reminded that his government had taken steps like making helmets and seat belts compulsory, which reduced road accidents. But the current government's policies and laxity have worsened the situation.

" The accident could have been prevented "

He questioned that how did four children reach the venue when VVIP movement was going on? This is a failure of traffic and security system. If many officers were present on the spot, the accident could have been prevented.

' This is proof of the government's indifference '

The former Chief Minister advised Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma to change his advisor and meet the families of the deceased by showing sensitivity. He said that the Chief Minister changed his route and left, this is very unfortunate. Gehlot said that Jodhpur has always been a cultured and peace-loving city, but for the first time slogans were raised against the Chief Minister in a state level program. This is a proof of the public's anger and the government's indifference.

He alleged that about 10 children were injured due to mismanagement and lack of water, but neither any officer nor the Chief Minister visited the hospital to inquire about their well-being. This is a big example of the insensitivity of the government and the administration.

One Nation-One Election and Election Commission targeted

Gehlot said, "In the matter of One Nation-One Election, the government has gone from the High Court to the Supreme Court. If the High Court has given the order, then the election should be announced immediately." On the allegation of vote theft, he said that this has now become a topic of discussion in every village. He claimed that Rahul Gandhi has been continuously saying that today is the age of technology and transparency is necessary. Raising questions on the Election Commission, Gehlot said that the behavior of the Election Commission is not right. Due to which people are deeply angry.

On this occasion, many senior Congress leaders and workers were present, including former state minister Rajendra Solanki, Jaswant Singh Kachhwaha, former minister Sangeeta Beniwal, former MLA Manisha Parivar, Municipal Corporation North Mayor Kunti Deora, Jodhpur South President Naresh Joshi, City North President Salim Khan, Sursagar candidate Sajid Khan, Ajit Singh Rathore, Hiraram Meghwal, Leader of Opposition Ganpat Singh Chauhan, OBC Morcha President Narendra Sharma, Advocate Karan Singh Rajpurohit, NSUI President Bablu Solanki and Pukhraj Deoria, along with a large number of workers.
