News Topical, Digital Desk : IPO Allotment Check: A major update has come regarding the IPO allotment of vertical SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company Excelsoft Technologies.
The share allotment for the company's ₹500 crore IPO will be finalized on Monday, November 24. The IPO received an overwhelming response from investors. The IPO consisted of a fresh issue of ₹180 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹320 crore.
The issue, which opened between November 19 and 21, received overwhelming subscription. With a total subscription of 43 times, investors bid for 132.6 crore shares against the 3.07 lakh available shares. The highest subscription was in the NII category at 101.7 times, followed by QIBs at 47.55 times, and retail investors at 15.62 times. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹114-₹120 per share.
