Earlier, when he was transferred from CBI custody to the correctional home, Sanjay Roy had asked for extra time to sleep. He was also seen talking to himself. After a few days, he returned to his normal state. So far, only one arrest has been made in the investigation of the Kolkata doctor rape-murder case and that is Sanjay Roy, who is a civilian volunteer of Kolkata Police and has been accused of rape and murder.
CBI's questioning of Sandip Ghosh continues
The CBI has continued questioning Sandip Ghosh. On Friday too, the Central Bureau of Investigation summoned former principal of RG Kar Medical College Sandip Ghosh for the 14th consecutive day for questioning in connection with the investigation into the case. According to a report by news agency PTI, officials said that Sandip Ghosh has already been questioned by the agency for over 140 hours. Sandip Ghosh was seen roaming around inside the CGO Complex in Salt Lake, where the agency has its eastern regional headquarters, at around 10.45 am.
