Ukrainian attack disrupts oil supplies to Hungary, Slovakia
Ukraine's attack on Russia's oil supply system on Thursday night has cut off oil supplies to Hungary and Slovakia for at least five days. Ukrainian drone attacks have caused massive fires in Russia which are being controlled by cutting off oil supplies.
Ukraine has attacked Russia's Druzhba oil pipeline and some other places. While Russia has also attacked Ukraine's energy plants, which may increase the difficulties of Ukrainian citizens in the coming winter season.
Also opposed the sanctions imposed on Russia
European countries have significantly reduced oil and gas supplies from Russia from 2022 after the Russian attack on Ukraine. They plan to reduce this supply to zero by 2027. But EU members Hungary and Slovakia have maintained their relations with Russia.
