Upon receiving information about the incident, police arrived at the scene and found the body of a man inside the house, bearing clear signs of a violent death. The body had suffered stab wounds to several areas, including the neck, and it was also evident that the penis had been severed.
Bilbao police have arrested the victim's female companion, who is accused of murdering her partner, a 67-year-old man of European descent, at their home in the Uribarri area.
Both were living in a live-in relationship for five years.
It's worth noting that the two had been living together for the past five years. The victim owned a local bar. The victim's partner was also present at the home and was taken into custody on suspicion of murder. She subsequently confessed to the crime.
