News Topical, Digital Desk : US President Donald Trump has categorically denied any links with Jeffrey Epstein. Speaking to reporters during a press gaggle on Air Force One, Trump said, "I have nothing to hide."
Donald Trump's name also appeared in the Epstein files, which contain over three million documents. Trump once again clarified this, saying, "I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. I have been completely exonerated."

The Justice Department released the latest cache of so-called Epstein files last month. Numerous photos and videos have surfaced showing Epstein, who was convicted of sexual assault and who died in 2019. Trump has denied any connection to Epstein.
The Department of Justice has said it has no more files to release in the case. However, lawmakers have criticized the Department of Justice for not publishing internal government memos, notes, and emails on Epstein.
What is the Trump-Epstein connection?
Jeffrey Epstein's connection to Donald Trump can be traced back to the 1980s. In a 2002 interview with New York magazine, Trump said he had known Epstein for approximately 15 years.
Photos obtained by CNN show that Epstein attended the wedding of Donald Trump and Marla Maples in 1993. The two were also seen together at the opening of a Harley Davidson Cafe in New York that same year. In a 2002 interview with New York magazine, Trump described Epstein as a wonderful man.
Hillary Clinton accused of cover-up
In an interview with the BBC, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton accused Trump of a cover-up of files related to Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaking to a broadcaster in Berlin, Clinton said, "Get the files out. They're moving it slowly," and added that she was going to testify before a congressional committee investigating the matter.
