Yesterday, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold was ₹1,78,850, which is ₹1,70,620 today. This means a decrease of ₹8,230.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold was ₹1,63,950 yesterday, which has dropped by ₹7,550 today to ₹1,56,400. The price of 18-carat gold has also fallen during this period. The price of 10 grams of 18-carat gold is ₹1,27,970 today, down from ₹1,34,140 yesterday. This means a direct drop of ₹6,170.

The price of silver also decreased

Like gold, the price of silver has also fallen today. The price of 1 kilogram of silver has dropped by ₹15,000. Yesterday, the price of silver per kilogram reached ₹410,000, which is now ₹395,000. Similarly, the price of 1 gram of silver has fallen by ₹15 to ₹395.

In cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kerala, Nagpur, Vijayawada, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, and Mysore, the price of 24-carat gold is ₹17,062 per gram today. Meanwhile, the prices of 22- and 18-carat gold in these cities are ₹15,640 and ₹12,797 per gram, respectively.
Today, the price of 24-carat gold in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, and Ayodhya is ₹17,077 per gram. Similarly, the prices of 22- and 18-carat gold have declined to ₹15,655 and ₹12,812 per gram, respectively.
In many South Indian cities like Chennai and Madurai, 10 grams of 24-carat gold is selling for ₹17,673 per gram. 22-carat gold is currently priced at ₹16,200, and 18-carat gold is priced at ₹13,500 per gram.
