The Palestinian group said there were several hurdles in the ongoing ceasefire talks, including the flow of aid, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, and "real guarantees" for a permanent ceasefire.

15 sailors missing from ships sunk by Houthis

The rescue team said the six rescued sailors spent more than 24 hours in the water. The Houthis also claimed responsibility for a similar attack on another ship, the Magic Seas, on Sunday. The crew of the Magic Seas was rescued before it sank.
