Temperatures in many districts have already reached 30 degrees Celsius.
Bihar Weather

The maximum temperature in Patna, the capital, is expected to be 29 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature 15 degrees Celsius today. Kaimur recorded the highest temperature at 31.8 degrees Celsius.
Himachal Pradesh Weather
Regarding the weather in the hill states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, a warning has been issued for rain and snowfall on February 27th and 28th. The districts in Himachal Pradesh that are likely to experience rain include Bilaspur, Shimla, Mandi, Solan, and Kangra. Snowfall is also expected in Manali and the surrounding high altitude areas. Jammu and Kashmir may also experience light rain or snowfall today.
Weather condition of northeastern states
Additionally, light to moderate rain, accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds of up to 30-40 kmph, is expected in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on February 27 and 28. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala may also experience thunderstorms until February 28.
