News Topical, Digital Desk : Police Constable Recruitment Exam: Once again a big case of malpractice in competitive examinations has come to light in Madhya Pradesh. This time the case is of police constable recruitment exam, in which the exam was given by someone else in place of the original candidate and that candidate also passed the exam. However, as soon as the police got wind of this malpractice, they became active and registered a case against the accused and arrested them.

Three youths were caught during document checking

Three youths who got appointed by cheating in the police constable recruitment exam have been caught during document verification. They had got another person to appear in the exam in their place and had changed the photo and biometrics in the Aadhar card.

Three youths who became constables by cheating in the police recruitment exam have been caught during the investigation during joining. These three had made some other candidate sit in their place. An FIR has been registered in the Kotwali police station. The constables who passed the police recruitment exam held last year are being posted in districts across the state.

FIR lodged against 9 people in Sheopur district itself

Out of 23 constables in Sheopur district, 3 constables were found whose documents were found to be fake. All documents were checked before joining. Along with Sheopur, constables recruited through fake methods have also been caught in districts like Morena, Bhind, Indore, Alirajpur. FIR has been registered against 9 people in Sheopur district alone, in which three became police constables through fake methods. Along with them, two accomplices who took the exam and 5 accused working in the Aadhar centre who changed Aadhar card fingerprints through biometrics have also been arrested.

The strings of the fraud are connected to Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Patna and Chhattisgarh

All the three accused admitted that they had made another boy sit in the police recruitment exam in their place. Not only this, the strings of this police recruitment exam fraud are connected to Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Patna, Chhattisgarh apart from Madhya Pradesh. The police team has arrested these people by raiding their hideouts.

So far, Sheopur police has registered an FIR against 14 people in this case, out of which 8 have been arrested. Among those arrested are two candidates Sonu Rawat and Aman Singh Sikarwar, solvers Satendra and Ganesh, four Aadhaar updaters Pushpendra, Surendra, Jasrath as well as one from Chhattisgarh Abhijeet Banjara, a resident of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, who helped in updating the Aadhaar card.

6 accused are still absconding, including both the masterminds, one candidate, one solver and two people associated with Aadhaar update. In this entire case, one solver is absconding, who is said to be from Bihar.
