New Delh: TV actress Hina Khan's personal life is going through a lot of ups and downs right now. She is suffering from breast cancer, which she revealed a few months ago. Since then she is undergoing treatment for it. Due to chemotherapy, first her hair started bothering her and now her mouth. The actress' condition has become such that now she is not even able to eat properly. 

Ever since 36-year-old Hina Khan has revealed about her cancer, she has been constantly sharing every update of her health. How is she, how is her treatment going? She is very active on social media regarding her health updates. Recently, she told that she has developed mucositis amidst cancer treatment. 

Hina Khan was troubled by mucositis 

Actually, Hina Khan has got mucositis due to chemotherapy. This is a kind of side effect of chemotherapy. The actress has asked people about useful remedies through a post on her Instagram account. Hina has written, "Another side effect of chemotherapy is mucositis. I am following the doctor's advice to treat it. If any of you have gone through this or know any useful remedy. Please suggest. It is really difficult when you are unable to eat. This will help me a lot."

The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress is suffering from the third stage of breast cancer. When the actress started chemotherapy, she had scars on her body. Then she also shaved off her hair as she was suffering a lot due to hair fall during the treatment and now she is suffering from mucositis.

What is mucositis?

After chemotherapy, the patient develops mucositis. This causes many problems including pain, blisters and swelling in the mouth.
