This rain will continue for the next 3-4 days. An orange alert of heavy rain has been issued in some parts of Nainital.

The monsoon, which entered the state via Kumaon, has now spread across the state. Barring some areas of Haridwar, there is heavy rain in the entire state. According to weather experts, there may be 10 to 15 percent more rain this year.
