News Topical, Digital Desk : In 2009, the ADO Panchayat, a resident of the Aliganj area, filed a complaint with the State Public Service Commission for a pension increase.

After continuous complaints regarding notional promotion salary and pension, ADO Panchayat got the benefit of salary, but even after 17 years, he did not get the benefit of pension increase.

The DPRO has been found guilty and suspended with immediate effect. He has also been attached to the Panchayati Raj Directorate.

Rooplal, Assistant Development Officer of the Aliganj development block, was not receiving the benefits of a notional promotion, salary, and pension. He filed a complaint with the State Public Service Commission in 2009. The Commission ordered the granting of the salary and pension increases and referred the matter to the Pension Directorate in 2010.

In 2014, the Panchayat Director was ordered to determine salaries and pensions. While the employees received the benefits of a salary increase, they were denied the pension. Ten Deputy Commissioners (DPROs) continued to be transferred from the district.

The ADO Panchayat died in 2020 while fighting for his rights. Considering his negligence in resolving the employee's problem, DPRO Muhammad Rashid was suspended. An investigation has also been initiated into the matter, for which the government has requested a report within a month.
