Dr. Sadvik Raghuram himself shared a video and gave information about this. He told that by making some small changes in the lifestyle, you can prevent cancer by 20 to 30 percent. These foods increase the risk of cancer

  • white bread
  • Packaged Fruit Juice
  • Cold Drinks
  • Fine flour
  • water in plastic bottle
  • Fried Foods
  • Refined Carbohydrates
  • Alcohol and tobacco

Stay away from processed foods

The less you eat processed meat and other processed foods, the lower your risk of cancer. It would be beneficial to include green vegetables in your diet instead of these.

Use sunscreen

It is always important to apply sunscreen. Even if it is not sunny outside, still apply it. Whether you stay at home or go out somewhere, never forget to apply sunscreen.

Be active every day

Try to be active every day. If you don't have much time, then aim to be active for at least 30 minutes. You  can keep yourself active by walking , exercising in the gym or even walking your dog.

Avoid sitting for long periods of time

Avoid sitting for long hours in the office. Doing so can be harmful for you. So take small breaks throughout the day and try to walk around in between.

get plenty of sleep

Getting 7-8 hours of good sleep reduces stress, reduces inflammation and improves overall health.
