Cardio and Yoga

Cardio workouts like brisk walking, cycling, rope skipping also help in reducing bra fat. Also, yoga asanas like Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana and Trikonasana are also beneficial in reducing back and shoulder fat. You must make them a part of your daily routine.
