The company was listed on the NSE SME platform on June 27, 2025. The IPO of Mayasheel Ventures Limited was launched on June 20 and the issue closed on June 24. Shares were allotted on June 25 and listing took place on June 27.

The company's shares saw a huge jump immediately after listing. Mayashil Ventures' shares were listed at a premium of Rs 58, more than 23 percent over the IPO price. Retail investors are investing heavily in this stock. They made a strong start by listing their shares at 9 percent more than the issue price.

Today, Mayasheel Ventures shares opened at Rs 58 per share on NSE, which is 23.4 percent higher than the IPO price of Rs 47 per share. After some time of trading, the stock gained further and reached an intraday high of Rs 60 per share. Within just five minutes of entering the market, 21.33 lakh shares of Mayasheel Ventures were transacted. With a total turnover of Rs 12.44 crore, the company's market cap reached Rs 130.1 crore. 

Subscription Status of Mayasheel Ventures Limited

Mayasheel Ventures Limited's IPO received a total subscription of 232 times. The issue received more than 102 times subscription in the retail category, more than 715 times in the NII category and more than 98 times in the QIB category. The total size of this IPO was Rs 27.28 crore. The company will use the money raised from this IPO to purchase machinery used in construction work as well as to meet working capital requirements and capital expenditure. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.  

What does the company do? 

Mayasheel Ventures is a construction company that builds roads and highways mainly for NHIDCL and other government departments. Formed in 2008, this company is also involved in the work of infrastructure projects like expressways, flyovers, bridges. The company takes up projects on engineering, procurement and construction and BOQ basis.

Mayasheel Ventures Limited also does work related to power projects such as installing street lights, building power houses, constructing transmission lines, etc. The company gets most of its projects from government departments, so its main source of income is also government tenders.
