This vibrant flower exhibition features primarily chrysanthemums. Seven thousand blooming chrysanthemum plants from over 40 species are on display. Rajasthan University has hosted a flower exhibition every year for the past 40 years. This year's exhibition, held during the spring season, features chrysanthemums. Dr. Yogesh Joshi, organizer of the exhibition and professor in the Botany Department of Rajasthan University, says that this flower exhibition, called the Prasoon Exhibition, also includes several varieties of exotic chrysanthemums. When the sun's rays, peeking through the clouds, fall on the colorful chrysanthemum flowers on display, their beauty is enhanced.
