News Topical, Digital Desk : Jharkhand is governed by a coalition government between the JMM and the Congress. Meanwhile, Congress MLAs themselves are unhappy with the ministers appointed from the Congress quota. This is why some Congress MLAs have launched a campaign against their own ministers. Five Congress MLAs traveled to Delhi to meet with the high command and lodge their complaint regarding the ministers. These MLAs include Rajesh Kashyap, Vikas Kangri, Suresh Baitha, Sona Ram Sinku, and Bhushan Badha.
All four ministers were called to Delhi
Now, the four ministers from the Congress quota—Radhakrishna Kishore, Dr. Irfan Ansari, Deepika Pandey Singh, and Shilpi Neha Tirkey—including prominent leaders and senior figures have been summoned to Delhi on Wednesday (January 28). Rahul Gandhi will communicate with them directly.
Nothing is greater than the organization – Rajesh Kashyap
Returning from Delhi, Deputy Leader of the Congress Legislative Party, Rajesh Kashyap, stated clearly that nothing is more important than the organization. If there is an organization, there are MLAs and ministers. He added that the way the work of Congress MLAs is not being done by the ministers, both the public and the workers are angry. Upon reaching Delhi, the high command has been informed of these issues. They hope to address these issues and discuss how to strengthen our organization and keep our workers happy, so that the number of our MLAs can increase in the future.
We have also received assurances – Suresh Baitha
Kanke MLA Suresh Baitha, who returned to Delhi, told ABP News, "It's not about our own and others. It's about public issues. The public issues, whether it's agriculture or road and drain issues, all four departments are very important for the public. There are many works in the health department that are not getting done. We have met the high command regarding all these issues and we have also been assured that the ministers will be called and it will also be seen what kind of work each minister is doing."
We have no personal problem – Suresh Baitha
Suresh Baitha said, "The high command will take a decision on this basis. We went to Delhi to show the mirror. We have been receiving complaints that there are many shortcomings in the department. We even held meetings but were only given tea and sent away. We have no personal problem; this is a matter of state interest. We have also received assurances from Rahul Gandhi. There is a need to appoint ministers based on their performance."
