The long-rumored "Ajay" was released in theaters last Friday. Ajay staked its claim in a box office clash with a major film like Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi's "Jolly LLB 3." After not making much money in its first two days of release, the film suddenly revived on Sunday.
According to a report by SacNilc, "Ajeya - The Untold Story of a Yogi" performed exceptionally well at the box office on its third day of release, earning an estimated collection of around ₹5 million ( approximately $5 million), a reasonable figure considering its low budget and limited screen time. The film's earnings increased significantly on Sunday compared to the previous two days, indicating that CM Yogi's story has truly captured the screen.
