US Congressman Lindsey Graham confirmed that Trump has approved a bill imposing sanctions on Russia. This bill would impose tariffs of up to 500 percent on countries like India, China, and Brazil for purchasing Russian oil.
According to Lindsay, "These countries are fueling Putin's war machine by buying crude oil from Russia at low prices. The US has proposed this bill to punish these countries."
