News Topical, Digital Desk : Renewable energy major Adani Green Energy Ltd. has released its fiscal third quarter (Q3) results. On a year-over-year (YoY) basis, the company's net performance shifted from profit to loss, despite strong growth at the revenue and operating levels.

Adani Green Energy reported a loss of ₹41 crore in Q3, compared to a net profit of ₹492 crore in the same quarter last year. This decline in profit primarily reflects the impact of financial and other costs.

Despite this, the company saw strong earnings growth, with revenue rising from ₹1,697 crore to ₹2,201 crore during the quarter.

Operating performance also improved, with EBITDA increasing from ₹1,237 crore to ₹1,824 crore.

The company showed significant improvement on the margin front. EBITDA margin increased from 72.9% to 82.9%, indicating better asset utilization and operational efficiency.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Limited traded 2.36% lower at ₹793.40 on the NSE today. As of 2:31 pm, the stock fell ₹20.90 from its previous close of ₹994.30. The company's market cap stood at ₹1,62,960 crore.

The stock has a PE ratio of 103.90. The stock is down 32% from its 52-week high of 1,177.55 (September 22, 2025) and up 5% from its 52-week low of 758.00 (March 3, 2025). The dividend yield is 0%.
