News Topical, Digital Desk : A massive fire broke out in a three-story house in Aliganj, Lucknow, on Friday (October 24). Goods in a photo frame warehouse adjacent to the building were engulfed in flames. Multiple fire brigades arrived at the scene. Large flames were seen erupting from all floors of the building, causing panic. Plumes of smoke were visible from a kilometer away. Upon receiving information, numerous vehicles from nearby fire stations, including BKT and Indiranagar, arrived at the scene. The exact cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

Fire brigade team reached the spot

Fire brigade teams launched an operation to control the fire. The fire broke out at a photo frame manufacturing facility. The fire was brought under control, but four firefighters were injured when a balcony collapsed. Two are in critical condition and were taken to the hospital for treatment. 

CFO gave this information

Regarding this incident, CFO Ankush Mittal stated that at around 6:50 am, information was received that a house and warehouse in Aliganj were on fire. Two fire tankers were immediately dispatched upon receiving information. The FSO stated that the fire at the scene was very intense, prompting the dispatch of six more vehicles. He further stated that the warehouse belonged to Amarjot Singh, who manufactured photo frames. The entire warehouse was reportedly occupied by photo frames. The fire engulfed the entire warehouse.

There is no news of anyone being trapped inside – CFO

He said that as soon as the information was received, vehicles were called in from other fire stations due to the intensity of the fire. Around eight vehicles are currently at the scene and are trying to control the fire. There are no reports of anyone trapped inside.
