This represents Pakistan's Independence Day, August 14th. An investigation by Rajasthan Police revealed that the shopkeeper was giving the balloons free with the biscuit packets to attract children. The investigation revealed that he had received the goods from Dilip Kamariya, a wholesaler from Alot in Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh.

What did the investigation reveal?

As the investigation progressed, it was revealed that Dilip Khamaria was a wholesale trader of grocery items as well as balloons, supplying his goods to surrounding areas. During police interrogation, he revealed that he purchased the biscuits and balloons from Indore, after which he affixed the printed balloons to the biscuit packets. Through his supply chain, these balloons reached the village in Rajasthan.

As soon as the matter came to light, the Alot merchant association came forward, declaring the accused innocent, saying, "The accused is not guilty. Balloons are not produced here. They are brought from Indore. The shopkeeper brought 2,000 balloons. There must be 10-15 Pakistanis. This material arrived in Alot through Indore's supply chain, which may have come to Indore from China."

Police reached people associated with the supply chain

Rajasthan Police investigations have revealed that the supply chain reached Alot, then Rajasthan, via Indore. Preliminary investigations revealed that two Indore-based businessmen, Neeraj Singhal and Dheeraj Singhal, are involved in this supply chain. The Rajasthan Police team, along with Ratlam police, arrived in Indore on Tuesday and located the two businessmen at Bansal Agency Balloon Mart, located on Maharani Road in the Central Kotwali police station area, where they are being questioned.

Station House Officer of Indore's Central Kotwali, Ravindra Parashar said, "Police had come from Jhalawar Unhel in Rajasthan. A balloon with a Pakistani flag was found there. The shopkeeper said that it was bought from MP. Police from Alot police station had come and it was found out from there that the balloon was bought from Indore. During interrogation here, it was found out that the balloon was brought from Delhi. Police have arrested two businessmen, Neeraj Singla and Dheeraj Singhal, in this case, who told that they had bought this material from Delhi, Mumbai and Meerut.
