Bahraich Violence Update: A big revelation has been made about the Nepal connection of Abdul Hameed, the main accused of Bahraich violence. According to police sources, the police and intelligence found some important clues while investigating Abdul Hameed's Nepal connection. The connection of gold and silver smuggling has come to light through the elder son Pinku living in Nepal. Through smuggling, Abdul Hameed along with his son had opened another jewellery shop in Bahraich. 

When the police started searching, they got information that he had fled to Nepal on Monday morning. When an investigation was conducted on why the local police was not active during the riots, the big reason turned out to be the huge earnings from the Nepal connection. The investigation teams suspect that Abdul Hameed and his family were involved in drug smuggling along with smuggling of gold and silver. They used many secret and village routes of the India-Nepal border of Bahraich.

Police and intelligence suspect that the elder son Pinku, who lives in Nepalganj, Nepal, is involved in smuggling. UP police and intelligence teams are trying to find out other links related to Abdul Hamid's Nepal connection.

The accused were sent to judicial custody for 14 days

Let us tell you that all the five accused of Bahraich violence have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. All these accused were presented at the residence of CJM Pratibha Chaudhary in view of security. At the same time, taking major action against the houses of Sarfaraz, the main accused of Bahraich violence, and his associates, PWD gave notice to 23 houses.

There was a stir in the area after the notice

It was mentioned in the PWD notice that these houses have been built illegally on government land. Now the people who have received the notice are evacuating their houses themselves and taking their belongings to another place. There is panic in the area after receiving the notice from PWD. A large number of police force has been deployed to maintain normalcy.
